Job summary

IQVIA in Brazil is seeking a Business Analyst to partner with product and delivery teams to translate the Smart Measurement system roadmap into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. You will document SDLC artifacts and support QA, testing, and change management.

The role emphasizes strong communication, stakeholder collaboration, and analytical problem solving, with a fully remote environment in Brazil and English proficiency to navigate global programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, or related field.
Advanced English proficiency.
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or related role.
Strong experience creating SDLC documentation (BRDs, FRDs, user stories, etc.).
Proven experience in software testing, including test case creation and execution.
Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid SDLC methodologies.

Responsibilities

Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
Create and maintain SDLC artifacts such as BRDs, FRDs, and user stories.
Coordinate with stakeholders and development teams to define solutions.
Execute functional, system, and UAT testing and track defects.
Support sprint planning, impact analysis, and continuous process improvement.
