Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other data analysis tools
• Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is a plus
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of project management principles and tools

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze data to understand business needs and requirements
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business processes and procedures
• Create reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and monitor their effectiveness
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue growth
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to make recommendations for business improvement
• Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of projects
• Train and support team members on new processes and systems
