Qualifications

• Fluent English (spoken and written) — required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in business analysis, finance, or a related role.
• Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel required, experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and analyze business data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare reports and presentations with actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Collaborate with different departments to understand business needs and processes.
• Support the evaluation of business performance against goals and KPIs.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives based on data-driven insights.
