Intellect is seeking a Behavioral Health Coach to deliver 1‑on‑1 telehealth coaching sessions, focusing on work stress, procrastination, and work‑life balance. You’ll help clients move toward personal, career, or relationship goals while collaborating with our clinical team to enhance the platform and programs.

The role is freelance with a flexible schedule and remote work possibilities; local candidates preferred but professionals from various locations are welcome.

Qualifications

• Active ICF Certification OR a Master’s/Postgraduate Diploma in Counseling.
• Expertise in coaching methods and evidence‑based approaches (e.g., CBT, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT).
• ICF Coaches with 200+ coaching hours, or Counsellors with 300+ post‑graduation clinical hours.
• Fluency in English and the local language.
• Experience in EAP, adult counseling, or coaching managerial roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1‑on‑1 telehealth coaching for Intellect clients.
• Focus on non‑clinical cases such as work stress, procrastination, work‑life balance etc.
• Support clients in achieving personal, career, or relationship goals.
• Collaborate with our internal clinical team to continuously enhance our platform and programs.
