Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or a closely related field.
• Three years of related experience in budgetary analysis or a similar role.
• Advanced Excel and database management skills.
• Knowledge of budgetary systems, reporting programs, and networks.
• Knowledge of budgetary technologies and industry best practices.
• Ability to evaluate budgetary analytics and interpret data.
• Strong business acumen with understanding of organizational operations.
• Ability to lead project teams in budget process enhancements.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Participates in the development and maintenance of the annual budget process.
• Maintains the Position Control Reporting System to ensure compliance with guidelines for salaries and wages.
• Prepares financial analyses and special projects.
• Inputs and reviews department budgets for accuracy and appropriateness.
• Maintains budgets in Hyperion and Oracle and prepares reports and analyses.
• Troubleshoots issues and reconciles balances for reports and budgets.
• Distributes analytical reports for financial statement processing.
• Provides customer service supporting operations.
