Mercor is seeking fellowship-trained breast imaging radiologists (MDs/DOs) to evaluate AI reads against real imaging studies. You will read de-identified studies, draft reference findings, and review AI-drafted reports to ensure accuracy and safety. Your clinical judgment becomes the reference standard for training frontier models.

• MD or DO from a US medical school.
• ABR Diagnostic Radiology board certification (ABMS or AOA).
• Completed a breast imaging or women's imaging fellowship.
• Active, unrestricted US medical license.
• Currently practicing breast imaging in the US with at least 5 years of independent practice.
• US residency outside California.

Responsabilidades

• Read de-identified screening and diagnostic mammography, tomosynthesis, breast ultrasound and breast MRI.
• Apply BI-RADS and related standards in reporting.
• Review AI-generated reads and flag inaccuracies or unsafe reads.
• Write structured rationales on clinical rigor and completeness.
