Job summary

RELEX Solutions is seeking a full-time Graphic Designer to join our central Brand & Creative team. This is a remote role within our global team, open to candidates based in Portugal, to bring the RELEX brand to life across marketing, sales, and the wider organization.

You'll design engaging assets for digital campaigns, events, print, presentations, and brand touchpoints, using AI image tools and prompts while art-directing results to fit the RELEX look.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of graphic design experience, either in-house or at an agency, with a portfolio showing strong digital and print work.
• Strong grasp of typography, composition, colour, and visual storytelling.
• Experience designing for print, including production requirements and preparing files for suppliers.
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Practical experience with AI image generation and prompt writing, paired with a discerning eye for image quality and suitability.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, on-brand assets for digital campaigns, social media, advertising, presentations, sales materials, and internal communications.
• Design printed materials for events and other brand touchpoints, preparing accurate files for production.
• Collaborate remotely with colleagues across our global marketing and sales teams, as well as the wider RELEX organization, to turn briefs into effective visual work.
• Help develop imagery and visual concepts, from initial ideas and art direction through to final execution.
• Use AI image tools and prompting techniques to explore and create imagery that meets the brief and fits the RELEX brand.
• Maintain a consistent, high standard of design across channels while finding ways to make our brand more distinctive and effective.
