Job summary

Ethos is seeking a pharma brand director with 4+ years in brand management or commercial strategy to join our remote team. You will craft, evaluate and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks for brand plans, launches, reviews, payer stories, sales materials and lifecycle strategies.

This role is fully remote with flexible hours and competitive compensation. Ideal candidates excel in PowerPoint, have startup-grade communication, and can own brand plans end-to-end across major pharma

Qualifications

• 4+ years of pharma brand management or commercial strategy experience.
• Ownership of brand plan and launch materials at a significant pharma company.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows such as brand plan presentations, launch readiness decks, market performance reviews, payer value story slides, sales force materials and lifecycle strategy presentations.
