Job summary

Edward Jones is seeking a Branch Auditor to strengthen our branch inspection program while supporting the client-first commitment. This home-based role offers travel across the U.S.

to conduct inspections and assess regulatory adherence, with the ability to work from a home office if desired. You will test branches for compliance, identify risks, and collaborate with financial advisors and branch teams to improve processes and culture.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Financial services industry experience with understanding of branch operations.
• Experience in audit, compliance or risk management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk-based branch audits by reviewing client accounts and testing compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Partner with financial advisors and branch teams during visits to evaluate practices and share insights.
• Coach branch teams on regulatory expectations and firm policies to reinforce a culture of compliance.
• Communicate findings and actions clearly through reports and presentations to stakeholders.
• Travel ~2 weeks per month in selected regions with a mix of on-site and remote audits.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Field Leadership and other areas to address concerns and elevate matters.
