Job summary

RWS – TrainAI is seeking a Bosnian language contributor for a flexible, remote, freelance role. You will record spontaneous Bosnian speech and annotate data for AI training, performing tasks that fit within 2–4 hours daily. Start immediately with a rate of USD 7 per hour.

Ideal candidates are native Bosnian speakers with strong attention to detail and a good command of English to follow instructions. Work is remote with international collaboration.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Bosnian.
• Advanced English to understand instructions.
• Experience with data annotation is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail when annotating data.

Responsibilities

• Record or collect natural, spontaneous Bosnian speech according to project guidelines.
• Capture speech from approved real-life situations, such as workplace conversations or casual discussions.
• Complete solo or two-person conversational tasks, or interact with AI/machine-based systems.
• Annotate collected speech data per provided instructions.
• Provide metadata and required information for each recording.
