Job summary

SMART IT People is seeking a Boomi Integration Developer for a contract opportunity with the possibility of conversion to full-time. This remote role requires you to be based in the U.S.

and to work 8am to 5pm CT, delivering robust Boomi workflows that integrate with back-office systems. You will design, build, and maintain Boomi integrations and ensure seamless connectivity between enterprise systems such as SQL Server databases and ERP apps.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Boomi experience.
• 3+ years experience with Master Data Hub or similar technology.
• Strong understanding of relational databases, data normalization and data translation.
• Strong understanding of web API technologies and design patterns.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with creative solutions.
• Proficiency in integration patterns, data mapping and transformation.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and SOAP web services.

Responsibilities

• Design system integration patterns based on enterprise architecture using Boomi.
• Develop and maintain multi-stage workflows and event streams for data consistency.
• Build, deploy and manage processes in Boomi Atmosphere in a multi-Molecule architecture.
• Analyze integration requirements, perform performance gap analysis and data mapping.
• Provide ongoing production support to internal customers and EA organization.
• Conduct testing and debugging to ensure reliability and performance.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and diagrams for integrations.
• Provide guidance on Boomi-based best practices and contribute to Boomi DataHub.
