Qualifications

• Five years of claims management experience with auto policies.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• State licensing as required for adjuster positions.
• Strong written and oral communication; proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Professional certification relevant to line of business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and process complex bodily injury auto and commercial transport claims.
• Review coverage, investigate liability, and determine damages.
• Coordinate with vendors and independent adjusters as needed.
• Maintain timely communications with insured, client, and brokers.
• Support the organization's quality programs and compliance.
