Kinfolk ABA is seeking a skilled BCBA to join our Virginia team in a fully remote role. You will develop and oversee individualized ABA plans, supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, and collaborate with families to drive client success. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification is required.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $95-$110 per hour (or salary option)
• Full-Time: or Part-Time Available
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: Fully Remote in VA

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Skills and Qualifications:

• Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
