Job summary

Lighthouse Autism Center is seeking BCBA professionals to design individualized programming focused on communication, independence and self-advocacy. You’ll work within a neuroaffirming, trauma‑informed framework and enjoy mentorship, ongoing training, and paid CE opportunities.

We offer realistic caseloads, consistent schedules with no nights or weekends, quarterly bonuses, work-from-home days, and collaboration with dually certified colleagues. Strong clinical growth paths are provided.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA credential required for practice.
• Eligible to supervise RBTs under supervision policies.
• 2–3 years of ABA experience across ages and settings.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with families and teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments.
• Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans tailored to individuals.
• Supervise and train ABA technicians; model and monitor progress of plans.
• Support families during conversations to ensure understanding of results and recommendations.

Your Key Tasks

• Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments
• Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with goals tailored to the individual
• Supervise and train ABA technicians; implement, model and monitor progress of individualized behavior support and skill plans with ABA technicians
• Provide caring support during family conversations to ensure parents fully understand assessment results and treatment recommendations

Requirements

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
• Eligible to provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)
• 2 to 3 years of experience in ABA field, working with a variety of ages.
• Able to communicate expressively and receptively for all responsibilities within the job role.
