Job summary

Inca Digital is seeking a front-line digital detective to join its Investigations Team. The role focuses on blockchain forensics and intelligence tradecraft, requiring expertise in OSINT and data analysis to uncover hidden patterns in global crypto activity.

Candidates are expected to conduct blockchain investigations, assess risk exposure, and produce actionable intelligence reports. This is a fully remote position offering a competitive salary and benefits, including a healthcare stipend.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of blockchain data structures and transaction behavior.
• Proven experience in conducting OSINT investigations.
• Experience working with large datasets, filtering, aggregation, and analysis.
• Practical experience with web scraping techniques and data extraction tools.
• Ability to assess source credibility and cross-verify information.
• Strong communication skills to present complex findings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth blockchain investigations and trace transactions.
• Perform OSINT investigations to support attribution and risk assessment.
• Collect and normalize data from various sources.
• Analyze datasets to identify patterns and risk indicators.
• Conduct Enhanced Due Diligence on entities and wallets.
• Produce clear intelligence reports summarizing findings.
