Job summary

Mind Moves is seeking 20+ independent Data Annotators to develop a benchmark dataset for AI systems working with biomedical literature. You will ground responses in evidence from PubMed and PubMed Central, following established annotation guidelines to ensure high-quality, human-authored work.

This project-based, hourly contract runs September–November 2026 with roughly 10–20 hours per week and flexible remote scheduling, nationwide in the United States. Compensation is $30 per hour.

Qualifications

• Independent data annotators must produce human-authored deliverables.
• Experience with biomedical literature and evidence-based synthesis is required.
• Familiarity with PubMed/PubMed Central guidelines is desired.

Responsibilities

• Develop a benchmark evaluation dataset for AI systems operating on biomedical literature.
• Create authentic information needs and reference responses grounded in literature.
• Ensure all work is fully human-authored per project requirements.
