Qualifications

• PhD in biology or related field required.
• Demonstrated depth in at least two subdomains: ecology, biochemistry, genetics.
• Proficiency in Python or R for scientific computing.
• Comfortable with Git/GitHub and running code in Docker with a PR workflow and automated quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Source your own material: published paper, Kaggle dataset, open-source repo, or your own scenario.
• Write scientific prompts based on input.
• Build grading criteria that define correct answers.
• Calibrate against frontier models to ensure tasks challenge strong models.
