Job summary

The role partners with Billing Compliance leadership, Revenue Cycle, HIM, Clinical Operations, and Compliance to align education with CMS, OIG, NCCI, payer guidance, and risk priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years in healthcare billing, coding, auditing, compliance, or education.
• Curriculum development and training delivery experience.
• Oncology billing knowledge preferred.
• Experience with virtual or asynchronous learning content preferred.
• Experience with Epic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain billing compliance curricula for providers, coders, reviewers, and revenue cycle staff.
• Translate audit findings and regulatory updates into role-specific education materials.
• Develop standardized learning materials including presentations, job aids, references, assessments, and virtual modules.
• Deliver education via live, virtual, small-group, and one-on-one sessions using adult learning principles.
• Track education participation and outcomes; collaborate to reinforce audit findings through targeted education.
