Job summary

BluHouse Virtual Call Center, LLC is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to support top brands from home. In this role you will handle inquiries, provide professional assistance, and uphold our customer-first standards.

Qualifications

• Strong probing and investigating skills.
• Passion for customer service and delivering empathetic responses.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the Urgently brand.
• Ensure the security of customers' information and well-being.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
• Commit to 15-25 hours per week (some clients may have weekend requirements).
• Meet the minimum computer specifications required by the client (laptop or desktop).
• Possess a USB headset with a microphone (required for certification training).
• Have a hard-wired broadband internet service (DSL, Cable, or Fiber Optic connection).
• Purchase a call center noise-canceling headset connecting to your computer via USB.
