Job summary

Sailor Health is a nationwide virtual practice transforming mental healthcare for Spanish-speaking older adults. You’ll work from home with wraparound support and real-time clinical guidance while delivering therapy in Spanish.

We offer part-time and full-time opportunities for bilingual licensed clinical psychologists (PhD/PsyD) on a fee-for-service basis, with options for 1099 or W2 and flexible scheduling across 7 days a week.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in California.
• Fluent in English and Spanish - able to conduct full therapy sessions in Spanish.
• Experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus - we handle it either way.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to Spanish-speaking older adults in a virtual setting.
• Conduct therapy sessions fluently in Spanish, meeting patients in their language and cultural context.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.

Location: Fully remote | Schedule: You set it, 7 days a week available

We offer part-time and full-time opportunities for bilingual (English/Spanish) licensed clinical psychologists (PhD / PsyD) on a flexible, fee-for-service basis. Start at 15 hours per week (1099) or 25 hours per week (W2) and build from there.
