Job summary

Array Behavioral Care is a leading virtual psychiatry and therapy practice offering telepsychiatry services across the care continuum. We are seeking a bilingual child and adolescent psychiatrist with an active California license for a full-time, 100% remote position serving patients ages 5+.

Spanish language proficiency is required. You will provide comprehensive psychiatric care remotely, including assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active state license is required.
• 1–3 years of licensed clinical experience.
• Intermediate to advanced experience with technology.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Established and updated CAQH profile preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide full range of psychiatric services to assigned patients (assessment, evaluation, screening, diagnosis, treatment).
• Analyze patient data and test findings to diagnose behavioral health disorders.
• Prescribe medication and provide psychotherapeutic treatments as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and nurses on treatment plans.
• Order labs and participate in treatment team activities.
