Position Overview

We are looking for full-time bilingual call center representatives to support various projects. Responsibilities include troubleshooting basic technical issues, building customer relationships, and identifying upsell opportunities. Candidates should be problem solvers committed to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts professionally and courteously
• Understand customer needs and resolve issues
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Use systems to manage accounts and document customer interactions
• Follow scripts, policies, and procedures accurately
• Escalate issues appropriately and aim for first call resolution
• Participate in training and meetings to stay updated

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• Experience with data entry and computer use
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• High-speed internet connection (20Mbps+)
• Strong communication and typing skills (20+ WPM)
• Availability for scheduled shifts and training
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Reliable with good attendance
