Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Onboarding includes three weeks of instructor-led training.
• Ability to observe text/images on screen and to detect verbal information.
• Ability to communicate verbally using a headset or microphone.
• Ability to use a keyboard and mouse and work at a computer for extended periods.
