Job summary

Serco is hiring a BI product designer to support US Navy projects. You will design and maintain dashboards, collect and prepare data for analytics, and leverage Tableau to extract insights for federal clients.

The role requires a Secret clearance, US citizenship, and a strong foundation in data visualization and analytics. The candidate will work with a remote team, contribute to agile development, and collaborate with Navy clients to deliver actionable insights across readiness models and

Qualifications

• Active U.S. DoD Secret security clearance
• U.S. citizenship
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Information Systems, Mathematics or related field
• 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience with dashboards and reports in Tableau
• Experience with data visualization and analytics
• Proficiency in analytics and database querying tools
• Experience working in agile environments

Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and maintain dashboards and analytics.
• Collect, refine, and prepare data for analytics and visualization.
• Manage Tableau dashboards and reports and schedule refreshes.
• Prepare reports using visualization and data modeling methods.
• Integrate data from multiple sources and normalize it.
• Test and publish dashboards and reports.
• Drill-down data and provide detailed insights.
• Apply statistical methods to extract insights from data.
• Resolve data or performance issues related to workbooks and data sources.
