Responsibilities

• Analyze Bodily Injury Premise claims to determine benefits due and adjudicate within service expectations.
• Negotiate settlements within designated authority.
• Communicate claim activity with claimants and clients.
• Report claims to excess carrier and respond to directions in a timely, professional manner.
