Job summary

State of Arizona – AZDOA is seeking an experienced BI Developer to support the CGI Advantage 4.0 HRM, Snowflake, and Microsoft Power BI environment. The consultant will develop and enhance ERP/HR data integrations, reporting, dashboards, semantic models, and data pipelines while working closely with ERP, HR, data, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop and enhance HR/ERP data integrations, reporting, and analytics solutions.
Build and optimize Power BI dashboards, reports, semantic models, and DAX.
Develop and maintain Snowflake SQL, data pipelines, and reporting datasets.
Work with CGI Advantage 4.0 HRM data structures and interfaces.
Translate business requirements into scalable BI and data solutions.
Troubleshoot data quality, reporting, and integration issues.
Collaborate with ERP, HR, data, and business stakeholders.
