Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs, a leader in holiday character photography experiences across North America, is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to support data-driven decision making in our Finance division. You will collaborate with the BI Manager, take ownership of ETL, SQL queries, and dashboard development with Domo, Power BI, or Tableau, and help ensure data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with a modern BI platform like Domo, Power BI, Tableau.
• Basic SQL knowledge to extract data.
• Experience creating charts and visualizations.
• Strong communication and big-picture thinking.
• Self-driven learner taking ownership of projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage ETLs: build, troubleshoot, and maintain ETL processes.
• Write and tweak SQL queries to ingest data.
• Create dashboards and reports using Domo.
• Mine for insights and identify trends.
• Validate data for accuracy and structure.
• Support the BI platform and troubleshoot user issues.
• Document datasets, ETLs, and lessons learned.
• Continuously improve workflows and keep up with BI best practices.
