Job summary

KellyMitchell Group is seeking a Benefits & Leave Administration Professional for a 7-month contract to support US benefits programs and LOA administration. This fully remote role (US only) is Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week and backfills leave without converting to full-time employment.

Responsibilities include administering leave requests, resolving benefits inquiries, maintaining HRIS records, coordinating with vendors, supporting open enrollment, and preparing compliance documents for

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of benefits administration or LOA management.
  • Knowledge of ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, and FMLA.
  • Experience with benefits administration systems and HRIS.
  • Ability to handle multiple requests with confidentiality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

  • Administer leave of absence requests, ensuring accurate processing and timely communication.
  • Manage and resolve employee benefits inquiries and tickets.
  • Maintain accurate employee benefits records and eligibility data in HRIS.
  • Coordinate with vendors to resolve claims and system issues.
  • Support open enrollment activities and vendor coordination.
  • Prepare benefits reports and ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, and FMLA.
  • Assist with benefits implementations and global initiatives as needed.
