The work includes taking requested conversations, explaining benefit options simply, helping clients enroll when it is a fit, and keeping a clean follow-up rhythm. Interviews are on Zoom.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for talking with warm leads.
• Sales mindset with ability to explain benefits clearly and close when appropriate.
• Coachability and willingness to be coached on processes and metrics.
