You will conduct scheduled virtual consultations, guide clients through enrollment, and maintain detailed records. A strong client-first mindset and comfort with Zoom are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and client-service mindset for consultative work.
• Experience in client-facing roles is preferred.
• Organized, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Comfortable using Zoom and digital tools for virtual meetings.
• Leadership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations via Zoom.
• Assess client needs and recommend solutions.
