You’ll work remotely with a written process, receive coaching from experienced teammates, and have a path into leadership if you produce. Interviews are conducted on Zoom and success is measured by activity and results.

Qualifications

• Inbound conversations only; no cold outreach.
• Comfortable on camera and able to engage clients remotely.
• Able to follow a written process and stay coachable.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound conversations from clients who requested help with financial-protection options.
• Explain benefit options clearly and simply to clients.
• Help clients enroll when it is a fit for them.
• Maintain a clean follow-up rhythm with prospects and clients.
