Qualifications

• Ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Eagerness to learn new sales and marketing methods.
• Comfortable using Zoom and CRM tools.
• Able to manage your own schedule and goals.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for members, answering questions on their benefit coverage.
• Identify opportunities to promote additional services tailored to clients' needs.
• Guide eligible members through the enrollment process to help them select the best plans.
• Participate in mentorship programs designed to fast-track high-performers into leadership roles.
