Globe Life Ao is seeking Customer Service & Benefits Advisors to work remotely and support our client base. This role focuses on conducting virtual consultations and educating clients about life and health benefits while offering a flexible schedule.

No prior experience is required, as full training is provided, allowing for quick advancement to higher roles within 6–12 months. Candidates must possess strong communication skills and be tech-savvy.

The compensation ranges from $60,000 to $150,000+ annually, with bonuses and commissions available.

Qualifications

• Entry Level position with no prior experience in insurance or sales required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or administration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations with union members and families.
• Present benefit options tailored to each client's needs.
• Educate clients on various protection plans.
• Provide customer service and maintain records.
