Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom.
• Guide individuals through personalized supplemental benefit options.
• Support clients throughout enrollment with clarity and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate and organized digital records.
• Deliver responsive follow-up and high-quality client service.
• Participate in weekly training and mentorship sessions.
• Build strong, long-term client relationships.
