AO Globe Life is hiring professionals to work directly with credit union members who have already requested information about their benefit options. This is a fully remote opportunity where your focus is simple: have real conversations, help people make informed decisions, and build a career with long-term growth. No cold calling.

No chasing leads. Just working with people who are already in the system and expecting your call.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be physically located in the U.S.
• Reliable internet connection.
• Windows-based laptop or desktop with webcam.

Responsibilities

• Meet with credit union members via scheduled Zoom consultations.
• Ask the right questions to understand each client’s needs.
• Explain benefit options in a clear, straightforward way.
• Walk clients through enrollment from start to finish.
• Handle follow-ups, client questions, and policy updates.
• Maintain organized digital records and documentation.
• Stay compliant with company and regulatory standards.
• Participate in weekly training, coaching, and team calls.
