CVS Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Utilization Management Clinician to support members remotely, with a Louisiana license preferred. You will review services for medical necessity, coordinate with care teams and providers, and assist with crisis intervention and discharge planning.

The role requires 3+ years of behavioral health clinical practice, EMR experience, and the ability to work Sunday through Thursday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST, with occasional weekends and holidays.

Qualifikationen

• Licensed Behavioral Health clinician in Louisiana (LCSW/LCPC/LMFT/LPCC/LPAT/LPC) with active, unrestricted license.
• Compact RN license with psychiatric specialty experience.
• Master's degree required for independently licensed clinicians.
• 3+ years of behavioral health clinical practice experience.
• Experience in utilization management and EMR documentation.

Aufgaben

• Review behavioral health services and determine medical necessity.
• Coordinate utilization management decisions with providers and care teams.
• Provide triage support and crisis intervention.
• Facilitate discharge planning and transitions of care.
• Identify at-risk members and coordinate referrals to additional programs and services.
• Promote quality, cost-effective utilization and outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support care management.
• Flexible remote schedule Sunday–Thursday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST.
