Rula is expanding its behavioral health network in Washington. Providers join as 1099 contractors with no minimum caseload and full scheduling autonomy, focusing on delivering high-quality care through telehealth.

Compensation is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with guaranteed payment every two weeks, and payment protection for no-shows and denied claims. You control referrals and Rula handles billing, insurance enrollment, and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI.
• Must be licensed in Washington.
• Must be able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy sessions to clients.
• Complete session notes and documentation in a timely manner.
• Manage your own schedule as a 1099 contractor.
