Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI and WA state licensure.
• Ability to provide telehealth services.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth sessions as LMFT/LICSW/LMHC in Washington.
• Complete sessions and notes in the EHR; adhere to documentation standards.
• Assist in credentialing/enrollment processes and coordinate with the Rula team.
