Qualifications

• Must hold an active LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC license.
• Valid NPI on file.
• Licensed to practice in Washington state.
• Telehealth capability required.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth LMFT/LICSW/LMHC sessions.
• Complete notes and EHR documentation; manage your own sessions.
