Job summary

Rula is expanding its Washington network of licensed clinicians to provide behavioral health services remotely. Providers will operate as 1099 contractors with schedule autonomy and no minimum caseloads, while Rula manages billing, insurance, and administrative tasks.

Compensation for LMHCs is $80 per 53-minute hourly session, with guaranteed biweekly direct deposit and no-show/late cancellation protection.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI.
• Must be licensed in Washington.
• Must be able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth sessions with clients.
• Complete notes and client records; scheduling handled by Rula.

Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
