Rula is expanding its Washington network of licensed clinicians, offering 1099 contractor roles with schedule autonomy and no minimum caseload. Therapists can focus on client care while Rula handles billing, insurance, and admin tasks.

Providers set their own hours and telehealth is supported; WA licensure and NPI required. In-person sessions may include a $20 base pay increase; compensation is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with biweekly direct deposit.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI.
• Must be licensed in Washington.
• Must be able to provide telehealth.
