Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians in Washington and seeking LMHCs to join as independent contractors. Providers will offer telehealth sessions (53 minutes) at $80 per hourly session, with proportional scheduling autonomy and direct deposit every two weeks.

No minimum caseloads; Rula handles billing and claims, while clinicians focus on client care. Flexible credentialing support and access to patient referrals help clinicians build a steady calendar.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC and hold a valid NPI.
• Licensed to practice in Washington and capable of providing telehealth.
• Contractors must meet Washington state licensure and telehealth requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth sessions to clients as a 1099 contractor.
• Manage scheduling autonomy and client referrals.
