Responsibilities

• Perform counseling and case management including assessment, diagnosis, planning and discharges.
• Provide clinical supervision to Adjunctive Therapists and student interns.
• Maintain accurate documentation in patient records and contribute to quality improvement efforts.
• Support integrated care teams across behavioral health and primary care settings.
