Job summary

Inspire Health Alliance is seeking a qualified behavioral health clinician to oversee initial inpatient admissions for psychiatric and chemical dependency patients. You will assess patients, determine levels of care, and coordinate transitions between care areas while remotely supporting a diverse member population from anywhere in the United States.

The role requires a Master’s degree or licensed Ph.D. with an active California license and at least two years of behavioral health experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or Marriage or Family Counseling, or a Licensed Ph.D.
• Current, unrestricted license to practice in the state of California
• 2+ years of experience in behavioral health

Responsibilities

• Oversee initial inpatient admission for psychiatric and chemical dependency patients.
• Make patient assessments and determine appropriate levels of care.
• Administer benefits, review treatment plans, and coordinate transitions between various areas of care.
• Obtain information from providers on outpatient requests for treatment

Education
