talentpluto is hiring two founding Business Development Representatives to build a scalable sales development function entirely remotely in the United States. This is a ground-floor role with rapid advancement potential into an Account Executive position.

You will drive high-volume outbound (100+ dials per day), book qualified meetings, and research accounts to sharpen targeting while learning the full sales motion and career path toward AE. Recent grads welcome, strong hustle required.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; recent grads welcome.
• Relentless work ethic and hustle with a positive attitude.
• Strong academic record and/or standout side projects and a track record of success
• Clear ambition to grow into an AE role
• Able to work remote in San Francisco
• Based in the United States and able to work remotely (this role is not tied to a specific office)
