Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services across Nebraska. This is a hybrid position allowing largely remote work with one required in-person visit per month.

The role involves conducting behavioral assessments, developing treatment plans, supervising behavior technicians, and collaborating with families to achieve meaningful clinical progress while upholding ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Nebraska licensure eligibility or current licensure as a Behavior Analyst (or willingness to obtain).
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards

Education

Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
