Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to clients across Georgia. This is currently a fully remote position, with potential future transition to a hybrid model and advance notice for clinicians.

The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful progress, while adhering to ethical and clinical standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field is required.
• Eligible for Georgia Behavior Analyst licensure or willing to obtain.
• Experience delivering ABA services to individuals with autism preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise behavior technicians and provide clinical guidance.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans.
