Role focuses on assessments, plan development, and training for families and staff, with waiver-based oversight and collaborative team engagement to ensure meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification with experience in therapeutic consultation.
• Ability to conduct functional assessments and develop support plans.
• Experience training families, caregivers, and staff in behavior strategies.
• Strong documentation and waiver/Medicaid compliance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional assessments to identify behavioral support needs.
• Develop Therapeutic Consultation Support Plans aligned to ISP goals.
• Provide training and modeling to families, caregivers, and staff.
• Offer ongoing consultation and update strategies based on progress.
• Collaborate with case managers, therapists, and residential/day providers.
• Document services and progress notes per waiver/Medicaid rules.
