Job summary

BK Behavior in Nebraska seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis services to children and families. This hybrid role allows remote work with one required in-person visit per month, enabling clinicians to schedule around life needs while delivering high-quality care.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to drive meaningful clinical progress; comprehensive support and ongoing CEUs

Qualifications

• Eligible for Nebraska behavior analyst licensure or ability to obtain it.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical/clinical standards.
