Job summary
BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver remote ABA services to children and families in Georgia. The position is fully remote for now, with potential future hybrid work as regulations evolve, and includes supervision of behavior technicians and collaboration with caregivers to advance clinical progress.
The role requires Georgia BCBA licensure eligibility or current licensure, a Master’s degree in a related field, and experience with
Qualifications
- Master's degree required in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Licensed or eligible for Georgia licensure as a BCBA.
- Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
- Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards
